Mod buying accounts

i really think its gay how mods/admins are buying accounts and giving items to the player.

party hats, they once were rare, but now they are worthless.
admins/mods giving out party hat sets makes deathly hallow not that interesting/fun.
i'm not just talking about party hat sets i'm also talking about free items.

i think mods and admins should stop giving out items to thos whos selling real rs accounts.
