what should punishment be : ip-ban.

1-2 paragraph description of the incident: He was clearly being racist to me, since he was being epic and the conversation started like "fuck off" and all this and then i said i was indian, and then he started with the "white power" and so on, i do want him to be perm ip banned. This does offend me greatly, when indeed i am half red-foot indian, and american.

he does deserve ip ban i have seen him around and i seen him make fun of black people
