I doubt you will be unbanned. You were ipbanned and probably for a good reason. Unless the person who banned you was a retard..

well i just got mad because dds whatever pj me and went to a mod and told him and pj was allowed then i cussed saying "this is fucking lame" only once -.- then i said unbelivable and stuff like that -.- i didnt meant to but see if someone pj u and u have something good? and admin told me that pj wasent allowed so yeh -.-

Well if you said that is fucking lame and unbelievable you should be unbanned. That is a stupid reason to be banned for. Just for saying that. But maybe you said other stuff offensive. like saying "Fucking Admin" or fuck you admin. You still shouldn't be ipbanned for that. Maybe a 48 hour mute.
